I don’t’ normally use the word swoon….I think it should be reserved for very special uses where no other word will quite describe the love or awe you have for something. Well, I’m swooning over Whitney+Lucas, their amazing eye for beauty and Kirsten Ellis’ photos from this magical day. Whitney+Lucas are some pretty special people and I knew from our first meeting that working with them would be exciting, fun, warm and full of creative energy. Whitney is one of the craftiest ladies I know (be sure to check out her uber fabulous calligraphy work here: Rosie Calligraphie or on Facebook here) and her eye for style shines thru every picture from their wedding. If it wasn’t enough for Whitney to be super stylish…her and Lucas are so clearly in love it’s not even funny. Lucas was there, at every meeting, participating and offering up helpful and loving advice every step of the way. Then…yes, there’s more,…on top of all of that fabulousness I’m head over heals in love with the color palette and blooms we worked up for them. The classics…peonies, astilbe, cafe au lait dahlias, hydrangeas and peach garden roses never looked so good. See the feature on Once Wed here.
